Here is a quick tip to an issue that we encountered a little while ago. I’m guessing that this is an issue we will face again when we refresh a system with another one (eg the Quality system with the Production system).

In one of out TM clients, the map view was just coming up as a blue screen. After doing some basic investigation, the settings looked as they should. As a last resort I thought of re-generating the certificate (installed on the client machines) using transaction WDR_ACF_WLIST. As I did this I noticed that the TM system that was being referenced was not the TM system I was working in!

The resolve to this matter was to re-generate the a new certificate on the server first, using transaction WDR_ACF_GEN_CERT .
